Pacquiao in sharpest form--Roach
Last Saturday in the front of journalists at the Wild Card gym, Manny Pacquio shows his hand speed and punching power.
Freddie Roach told the observers that Manny Pacquio is in the best shape of his career.
Pacquio is gearing up for the third fight against Mexican superstar Erik Morales on Nov. 18 (Nov. 19 in Manila) at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, a match that is shaping up to be a blockbuster going by the way tickets have been selling.
“It’s going to be a complete sellout,” said Top Rank boss Bob Arum, who was also present during the workout. “There’s not going to be a seat left and I’m really very pleased. We’re also putting 10,000 closed circuit [TV] seats so people who can’t buy tickets can watch the fight for $50.”
Arum predicted that the grudge fight—labeled The Grand Finale—is going to be the biggest in Las Vegas since the bout between Hector Camacho and Julio Cezar Chavez in the late 90’s.
Already, Arum said, 14,000 tickets have been sold, including most of the pricey seats, leaving around 3,000 left to sell.

Manny Pacquio - Barrera to fight Pacquio-Morales Winner
The world boxing council has ordered mexican great marco Antonio Barrera to face in a mandatory defense of his super featherweight title the winner of the Manny Pacquiao-Erik Morales fight on November 18 in Las Vegas.
The decision was announced by WBC president Jose Sulaiman during the organization's 44th annual convention in Dubrovnik, Croatia yesterday following the approval of the 3rd Pacquiao-Morales showdown as the final eliminiator to decide Barrera's mandatory foe.

Erik Morales shifts to Cleto Reyes gloves
According to Manila Bulletin (www.mb.com.ph) Erik Morales shifts to another gear with the arrival this weekend of two sparring partners, Colombian Oscar Leon and Betillo Gutierrez, in his high-altitude training camp in the mountains of Otomi outside of Mexico City.
The Mexican media also reported that Morales is starting to get accustomed to the Mexican-made Cleto Reyes in anticipation of
(Cleto Reyes Boxing Globes)
a hard-fought battle with Manny Pacquio on Nov. 18 at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas.
Morales used the Japanese brand Winning in his first two fights with Pacquio because those gloves are preferred by boxers with brittle hands, but he will likely wear the Cleto Reyes in their rubber match.
Heavy punchers like Pacquio prefers the Cleto Reyes gloves.
"My training is going on as planned," Erik Morales said in the website he owns, box-latino.com.
Morales, who many ringsiders believed will no longer return to the ring after absorbing a brutal tenth-round knockout to Pacquio early this year, has been working out with long-time sparmate "Wary" Beltran.
