Manny Pacquiao versus Erik Morales III

Heres the highlights of WBC International Super Featherweight "The Grand Finale" boxing fight of Manny Pacquiao and Erik Morales III.

Before the fight, three national anthems were being sang. The Philippine National Anthem was sang by Sarah Geronimo,

while the Mexican National Anthem was performed by Mario Del Gado. Rey Mysterio of WWE was holding the Mexican flag ;)

After that the United State of America's national anthem was sang by Robert Brooks. Vic Darkulich was the referre on this match and Michael Buffer is the announcer.

ROUND 1

The game starts, everybody was shouting. This time Erik Morales and Manny Pacquiao were both using the Cleto Reyes gloves.

At the start Erik Morales fights aggressively, while Manny Pacquiao was seriously looking for a good shot, Aiming at Morales' face.

ROUND 2

3:4

The fight was gettin' hotter! Both fighters are exchanging punches. Erik Morales launched multiple punches. Until Manny Pacquiao saws an open door from Morales. He knocks Morales by giving a strong left punch to Morales' right jaw.

ROUND 3 (FINAL ROUND)
On this round, Manny Pacquiao was using different punching style to Make Erik Morales confuse. Manny Pacquiao knocks Erik Morales two times on this round.. the fight ends with a TKO.

4:4

Manny Pacquiao WINS. Erik Morales was shocked to the speed and strengh of Pacquiao.

Everybody was expecting a good and long boxing fight ... but the fight ends instantly. Congratulations to Manny Pacquiao. Mabuhay.

Highlights of their fight.. Erik Morales won by Uninamous Decision 115-113. Manny Pacquio lost the 12 round match.. Pacquio had to fight while sustaining a cut on his right eye.

Pacquiao in sharpest form--Roach

Last Saturday in the front of journalists at the Wild Card gym, Manny Pacquio shows his hand speed and punching power.
Freddie Roach told the observers that Manny Pacquio is in the best shape of his career.

Pacquio is gearing up for the third fight against Mexican superstar Erik Morales on Nov. 18 (Nov. 19 in Manila) at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, a match that is shaping up to be a blockbuster going by the way tickets have been selling.

“It’s going to be a complete sellout,” said Top Rank boss Bob Arum, who was also present during the workout. “There’s not going to be a seat left and I’m really very pleased. We’re also putting 10,000 closed circuit [TV] seats so people who can’t buy tickets can watch the fight for $50.”

Arum predicted that the grudge fight—labeled The Grand Finale—is going to be the biggest in Las Vegas since the bout between Hector Camacho and Julio Cezar Chavez in the late 90’s.

Already, Arum said, 14,000 tickets have been sold, including most of the pricey seats, leaving around 3,000 left to sell.

Manny Pacquio - Barrera to fight Pacquio-Morales Winner

The world boxing council has ordered mexican great marco Antonio Barrera to face in a mandatory defense of his super featherweight title the winner of the Manny Pacquiao-Erik Morales fight on November 18 in Las Vegas.

The decision was announced by WBC president Jose Sulaiman during the organization's 44th annual convention in Dubrovnik, Croatia yesterday following the approval of the 3rd Pacquiao-Morales showdown as the final eliminiator to decide Barrera's mandatory foe.

Erik Morales shifts to Cleto Reyes gloves

According to Manila Bulletin (www.mb.com.ph) Erik Morales shifts to another gear with the arrival this weekend of two sparring partners, Colombian Oscar Leon and Betillo Gutierrez, in his high-altitude training camp in the mountains of Otomi outside of Mexico City.

The Mexican media also reported that Morales is starting to get accustomed to the Mexican-made Cleto Reyes in anticipation of

a hard-fought battle with Manny Pacquio on Nov. 18 at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas.

Morales used the Japanese brand Winning in his first two fights with Pacquio because those gloves are preferred by boxers with brittle hands, but he will likely wear the Cleto Reyes in their rubber match.

Heavy punchers like Pacquio prefers the Cleto Reyes gloves.

"My training is going on as planned," Erik Morales said in the website he owns, box-latino.com.

Morales, who many ringsiders believed will no longer return to the ring after absorbing a brutal tenth-round knockout to Pacquio early this year, has been working out with long-time sparmate "Wary" Beltran.

Pacquio's last fight at 112 weight class

I remember this fight, I was really disappointed when I learned that Pac lost the title on scales and even more when he got KTFO the way he did.

According to reports at that time from what I remembered, the handlers of Pac did not give him any foods a day before the fight, put him upside down position just to make him vomit, and some other drastic ways to make the weight limit.

You can tell the way Pac's knees buckled in the first round how weak he was during the fight.

Pac was in survival mode the whole fight. You can count how many power shots Pac threw and there was none.

After this fight, Pac moved to 122 and the rest was history as they say

MANNY PACQUIAO BEATS OSCAR LARIOS! Manny Pacquiao wins by unanimous decision!
Congrats Pacman! Galing mo kabayan! Mabuhay!

This is a 12 round boxing game between Manny "PACMAN" Pacquiao (Philippines)
against Oscar "CHOLOLO" Larios (Mexico).

This is a wonderfull match between Pacquiao and Larios, held at the Araneta
Collisium.

(Just for clarification, I just watch it on TV at ABS-CBN oK , I'm not a reporter,
I'm just a fan of Manny Pacquiao , OKay?;) )

At Round 1, (The getting to know each other round).

Larios is very energetic, while Pacquiao seems aiming at Larios' right jaw,
using his left handed arm. Manny Pacquiao seems very self confident on this
game.

This is Pacquiao's first boxing match against Larios, hope Larios would ask
for a rematch.

At Round 2-6....

On these rounds, Pacquiao and Larios exchanges a dozen of punches. Larios receives
a cut at his upper left eye. I think Larios is stronger than Morales, he is
very energetic and has a style, He fights inspite of his bleeding cut.

At Round 7
On this round. Manny Pacuiao knocks Oscar Larios after his three consecutive strong punches lands on Larios face.

At Round 8-11

Larios seems exhausted at these rounds, due to his cut and to the
punches he received from Manny.

At Round 12 (The final round)

Seconds before the bell rangs, Manny Pacquiao knocks Larios again! And there
goes the final decision!!!

Manny Pacquiao wins!
