Heres the result of the official weigh-in video of Manny Pacquio and David Diaz. The result: Manny Pacquio was 134.5 lbs while David Diaz was 135lbs. On the interview, Manny said he was skipping meals to get the target weight. . Watch the video!!!

The most Manny Pacquiao can assure his fans is he’ll go for it when he tangles with defending champion David Diaz for the World Boxing Council lightweight crown on June 28 in Las Vegas. All boxers want to win by knockout, and both of us will try to do that. Pacquiao also dismissed the notion that Diaz will be an easy conquest based on the way he beat Ramon Montano, a sparmate of Pacquiao, by decision in the undercard of Pacquiao-Marquez II. “I’m sure he’ll be in better shape this time,” said Pacquiao. “He just didn’t take Montano seriously. But I’ll be ready for him. Fighting is my business and I want to be in the best shape each time I fight.” With his weight in check at 139 and feeling fine, Pacquiao-given the go-signal by chief trainer Freddie Roach to take a break-opted to jog around the La Brea park before hearing mass at the Christ the King church. After eating lunch, Pacquiao rested for three hours and then whiled the time away playing a friendly card game and darts. Feeling hungry at around 6 p.m., he finished a sandwich before hobnobbing with visitors. It will be a busy Monday for Pacquiao. After winding up his training at the Wild Card Gym with four rounds of sparring, he proceeds to Santa Monica pier for a joint press luncheon conference with Diaz. From there, Team Pacquiao will take the four-hour drive to Las Vegas, arriving just before sunset in the city of lights.

(David is 32 years old) Born on Chicago, Illinois. David is 135lbs on weight and 5feet and 6inches on height. David Diaz became the WBC lightweight champion after beating Joel Casamayor last February 20, 2007. David also defeated the Mexican great boxer Eric Morales last August 4, 2007 on a unanimous decision. David Diaz current record ( 34 WINS, 17 Wins by KO, Losses 1, Draws 1 ). He was scheduled to fight on Manny Pacquio this coming June 28, 2008 in Las Vegas. David says "This is the biggest fight of my life. Bigger than when I won the title. Pacquio said, “It’s very important to me and my country to put my name into boxing history.” Manny Pacquio doesnt mind the critiques that he lost some of his powerful punch and speed due to moving up his weight from 130 lbs upto 135lbs. Mr. Ed de la Vega had an opportunity to watch Manny Pacquio closely on his sparring with different sparring mates. The speed and the footwork of Manny Pacquio almost perfect with power. Mr. Bubboy Fernandez the trainer of Manny Pacquio said "Handang-handa na si Manny".
People from the ringside can watch but can't take photos, only Philboxing staff was the only group allowed to take photos. Manny looks fresh even after going the full eight rounds of sparring. The Team of Manny Pacquio is scheduled to have a break camp after Manny's sparing day on June 21. (Tomorrow). Manny will going to meet Diaz for the final Presscon in Southern California.

Pacquiao will be billeted as usual, in his favorite suite at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. So far, each time he stays in that suite, he manages to win his fight. Saturday, June 28th for sure will be no different except that he will now go to bed after the fight as the new WBC World Lightweight Champion.
